    Brand New. This is not original, but the same function as Original remote control. No program needed. Just install new battery CR2032 (not included) to work. If the remote isn’t working, try the following steps to fix your remote: 1. Please unplug the Bose from AC power, press and hold its power button for five seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on. 2. Remove the batteries from the remote. Press every button on the remote at least one (1) time to drain any residual power. This also helps to check for stuck buttons. Re-insert the batteries back into the remote. Please note: this remote is not compatible with AWRC-1G/AWRC-1P/CD-3000/AWR1-1W/AWR113/Bose Acoustic Wave Music System II/Bose Acoustic Wave Music System I/Bose Wave System with Multi-CD changer. Bose remote control look similar, but they are not compatible with each other. Please double check your original remote before purchasing it.

    I put the battery in and it worked great. I lost my original and of course found it after ordering a replacement. Please note the model number of your radio when ordering.

    Operate Boise Radio

    remote control came as ordered and works great. I think this is a good deal as I got the radio at a bargain price and wouldn't have if it worked. I am satisfied with the product and I recommend the seller. Many Thanks

    Necessary remote control for Bose Radio

    Good quality and price. BUT! This damn thing doesn't come with the required battery and no information on what type of battery it is. Plus, opening the battery compartment is a real headache. You need a small knife to open it.

    No problem. Works perfectly.

    We rented an apartment with a Bose speaker, but no remote control. It worked great. We connected Revain Echo to it. So we just used the remote for on-off and volume. It works great and will probably work for other functions as well.

    For accessories and supplies it didn't work

    Put a new battery in the remote control and it didn't work. Bought to replace the original which lost the battery case. Put this new battery holder with battery into the original remote and it will work. Kicked out a new rempot. I think the price for the holder is ok. The remote control is not worth the postage.

    My Bose Wave is controlled by a remote that is no longer available. This one is not as good as the original and the plastic is soft and can be dented with a fingernail. It does not operate on a battery. However, it works and now I can hear my radio.

    I tried to use the remote control but then realized it had no battery! I had to go to the store and buy it for $5. The battery cover is very awkward to open and close, so I hope I don't have to change it often. While this remote works well, the official remote might have been a better choice in the long run.

    But works fine.

    The remote control did not come with battery, instructions or information at all. I posted a photo of the battery that works for the remote control. Because buying a bunch of the wrong size batteries is CRAZY EXPENSIVE! The remote works as expected, however the battery release does NOT work. The trigger is very difficult to move and would constantly go astray after just one open.

    Cheap to make and difficult to fit Battery

    I'm returning this remote because it doesn't work with my Bose Wave. In addition, inserting a battery (not included) is difficult. The compartment that slides the disc battery into requires you to press down on hard, durable plastic as you slide it, but there's no room for a lever here. I had to use a knife to pinch it after trying to use my fingers and split the nail. It came with no instructions and required a lot of guesswork and trial and error. Not worth the time or the flimsy product.
