Easy installation and excellent product quality. Had it worked as intended it would have gotten 5 stars but the zoom sometimes gets stuck when zooming in and is not easy to get out unless you zoom out heavily which ruins the whole production. Do not buy.

Works great with my Canon Vixia HF G50. No instructions available but there is a picture of the same remote control in the other products list. There are two output ports, you can use either one. The switch has two positions. Away from the rockers, she works with Canon and Sony. In the direction of rockers and work with Panasonic is to be expected. It works well with my Canon, with variable speed zoom in both directions.

At this price point, it's worth buying a zoom grip on a camera that's too high to reach the built-in zoom lever. But out of the two I bought, one is incredibly unreliable. It doesn't twitch or scale when moving the lever. The other works much better, but still has a slight jump in scaling from time to time.
