I discovered this product while my mother was in the hospital. I don't know what I would do without him. She is old and bedridden. I use this foaming mousse along with disposable baby wipes for a lot of things. It works very well and doesn't irritate your skin.

My mother originally used this after her knee surgery to keep her wounds clean. We were looking for a quick way to help our dog who has recently started wearing diapers as he gets older. Turns out this thing is great for tidying up between layers. You dampen a cloth [paper towel] and put some lather on it and it acts like a mild soap. Then we dry it and put on a new diaper. Essentially, the whole thing has developed from the cleaning service in surgery to the dog cleaning service. :)
