After dressing up in high tops to basketball, I wanted a pair of low tops that I could wear with shorts in the summer without looking like a total jerk. These are probably my favorite shoes (considering I'm a guy). They're comfortable, and since they're tarpaulin, my feet don't get hot in them. I haven't had any problems with their cooling either. I would say that the biggest plus of high-top sneakers is the ease of putting them on. You don't have to unlace half of the boot to get your foot in.

Great shoes as always, but those who are unfamiliar with communication should know that they are about half a size too big. So if you wear 11.5 I would go for 11 (US sizing).

They're Lo Top Chuck Taylors, what more can I say? Converse tend to run a bit large, so I would order shoes smaller than your size. These are great everyday shoes. They are made of tarpaulin and therefore do not get very hot. I wouldn't recommend wearing them on a rainy day but these shoes last a very long time and only get better with a wipe down.

good quality shoes. They are about half a size too big and definitely not for people with wide feet. I knew that beforehand, but I needed her for the wedding.

Love the shoes but I wear a 12 in the mens and thought I'd better go with the 11 1/2 just to be on the safe side because I ordered some all black chucks and I felt like I had my dad's shoes lol. but 11 would be perfect, not 11 1/2? If I didn't need the shoes ASAP I would send them back for a different size because the shoes are good as well.

I bought these shoes for my 16 year old grandson and he loves them! He usually wears a size 13 but his old converse shoes were a size 12 so I chose them and they are perfect! Also delivered quickly! Thank you!

I think Chuck looks cool so I bought them but had no idea they were so uncomfortable. If you can handle a shoe that has little to no cushioning and no camber, then by all means get one (I still wear one occasionally). But if comfort is important to you, I would look elsewhere.
