Fits no problem, used double sided tape to secure the flaps, I made sure the rope was routed correctly. But with the first convertible, the cable broke.

So it worked great for the part. But my problem is that the tape that sticks it to the material is too weak. I ended up having to remove the whole thing and apply thicker tape to make it stick. I wish I knew this for the first time. Or the manufacturer should stick a better tape on it.

The plastic is a bit thinner than the original, but not bad. There are no instructions so remember or draw how the cords are attached. The strings feel a little tight initially, or maybe the spring just needs to stretch a bit. In general I am satisfied. 1/3 of OEM price.

Fit is great overall but due to the factory fitted crimps I decided to omit the crimps and use existing wiring as it made installation so much easier. My cables were in excellent condition, they were plastic flaps that had burst.

After installation I noticed that it was much tighter/didn't fit as well as the other side and it seemed to slow down when I lifted the top all the way . I made sure I installed it properly and adjusted the other side and eventually noticed the string wasn't as long as the OEM.
