🍪 Metal Whip Attachment for Bosch Mixer: Cookie Paddles Review

My mother has had a Bosch mixer tap for years and loves it. We recently borrowed this for my wife to try on and she loved it so much I bought her one with several attachments including cookie scoops. We baked bread and are planning cookies for tomorrow. So far everything works great!

One of my cookie scoops broke off the top while making the frosting - it's runny in consistency. Not only was I disappointed that my spatula broke, but I also had to throw out the entire batch of frosting because there were a lot of plastic inside. I called the company and they sent me a replacement but for something called Bosch I'm very disappointed in the cheapness of the paddle. I never thought nozzles were made of plastic.

This is my third cutter set. They break very easily. I replaced my kitchen blender with a Bosch all-in-one machine and regretted it. I've repeatedly swapped out the cookie scoops, the blender has fallen apart, the food processor is awkward to use and small. I thought a more powerful motor would be better for baking bread. Thank goodness Bosch built in a motor guard. My daughter baked and made the dough so steep that the beaters couldn't stand it. Instead of burning my motor, the shaft jammed and twisted the metal racquet hub, cracking the racquet heads and destroying the hub. Instead of spending a few hundred bucks down the drain I just had to buy this replacement set and talk to my daughter. I would like more strength in the top part of the mallet. I just broke my third set of these paddles in a row. I try very hard not to use paddles for mixing or heavy batter. I take out the spatulas and switch to the dough hook to mix in the chocolate chips, nuts, or other ingredients. This time they broke down while making buttercream. I don't understand why this blender has the ability to mix large batches when you have to worry about the blades breaking every time. I bought these because my mum used to wear them for her Bosch when she was growing up and the convenience of not having to change attachments was so nice! After I bought Bosch I knew I had to buy a set of cookie scoops too! I like to use a cookie tool rather than starting with a whisk and then switching to a hook as I add flour. It also makes cleaning easier as I only have to use one set. My only complaint is that it's very difficult to remove the blades from the driver, but I think that's…

I have used these blades to prepare biscuits, cold cream cheese and many other things. They work well and wash great. Remove them and put them in the dishwasher. Make sure you have fully read and understood the instructions that come with each Bosch attachment. These paddles cannot be used with cold/semi-cold butter, raisins, chocolate chips or similar.
