Second day and already visible results! I'm using a glowing light so this may help IDK. They're ok once in, but it's REALLY rude to take them out. You have to brush your teeth (with water, as they say) to wash it all off. So don't use them in the car or anything. You will be very unhappy lol. I was skeptical about them as they are peroxide free and much cheaper than the competition. I've been using them for a few weeks and I can see a noticeable difference in the whiteness of my smile.
