Works very well, a bit tricky to put on teeth while your teeth are as dry as possible. I am 55 years old and have always had sensitive teeth. I got a teeth whitening kit from my dentist about 20 years ago and after a week of use my teeth were whiter but the hydrogen peroxide made my teeth very sensitive. The Cool Zero Strips didn't make my teeth sensitive and helped whiten dark teeth (mainly from coffee and some soft drinks). I used it about 10 days before the wedding and noticed a difference. The teeth weren't "Hollywood" white, but the $10 product whitened my teeth. Went for teeth cleaning a week later and the hygienist said my stains are much better.
