I LOVE THIS BAG! It's just the right size for a laptop, a couple of books, and all your little goodies, yet it's small enough not to be bulky. The shoulder strap is really good and of course the sport looks neat and professional. The only downside I have with this product is that the backpack straps, when stowed, can fall out to the side (bottom in briefcase mode). There are no extra zippers to hide them. I had to tape my velcro to the valve to keep it from opening. Otherwise the bag is great!

Today I received the bag and at first I loved it! Many spacious compartments. I like the extra padding for the laptop, pleasant material, comfortable shoulder strap. I liked the ability to hide the backpack's handles and straps. But then I found that one of the zippers was broken (see photo). UPDATE: I've had the bag for a year now, I don't carry much of it on my shoulder strap so it's of little use. I used it last weekend and the clip on the bag's shoulder strap broke. My bag fell on the floor of the airport bus I was on with all my very expensive photography equipment. The pad on my shoulder strap came loose on the bus and I didn't notice until I got off the bus and she was long gone. This is the second broken clip on the shoulder strap. Not happy at all.
