Review on 🎒 CoolBELL Convertible Backpack Messenger Bag: Versatile Laptop Case Handbag for Men/Women, 17.3 Inch, Black by Scott Carlile

Today I received the bag and at first I loved it! Many spacious compartments. I like the extra padding for the laptop, pleasant material, comfortable shoulder strap. I liked the ability to hide the backpack's handles and straps. But then I found that one of the zippers was broken (see photo). I wonder how long the bag and all of its hundreds of (exaggerated, of course) zippers will hold up over time. I'm a student working professionally between two different offices. I really need something reliable and now I'm on the fence with this one. I am not sure if I will keep it. Disappointed in Colorado. UPDATE: Here's what I'm going to tell you. GOOD customer service is very important! My review wasn't posted 24 hours before the company contacted me and got it right! 3 stars just upgraded to 5! Good job Coolbell! You will have another regular customer!
