The gauge needle looks like it's at 1000f when cold, it's easy to think there's something wrong with it just from the way it's made.

The needle got stuck at 810 degrees Fahrenheit after the first use of this thermometer. The possibility of adjusting/calibrating the thermometer is not provided by the manufacturer.

I put this in a Blodgett 1060 pizza oven and it works much better than any thermometer you put in the oven. Much more comfortable and extremely accurate.

This thermometer has been working in my home wood stove for a few months now and I am happy to report that it works great and looks beautiful.

I bought this in January to put in my pizza oven. On a warm April afternoon, I planned the installation. When I opened the packaging, the probe that goes in the oven broke off. I really want these thermometers replaced unless they are all broken!
