I am very impressed with these headphones. I like the design and the quality, the sound is very good. It's very comfortable and fits well in my ears. What I like the most is that you can use the multifunction button to redial/answer/reject/end/transfer a call and adjust the volume with the "+" or "-" button. I really needed something to work from home. I am very happy with the purchase. Highly recommend the product if you are looking for a product with excellent quality and portability.

Decent sound for what it is. The mic works better than some of the other cheap dual headphones I've tried. But the latency makes it unsuitable for meetings and watching YouTube videos. I seemed to be able to take it, but after a while it became unbearable. I've tried clearing the pairing history and reconnecting to no avail. Tried to search for new drivers, but found nothing new. Very nice headphones. In general, the sound quality is very good. While my laptop supports BT capabilities natively, the included BT dongle adds additional value. Since the BT dongle is paired with the headset first, it connects within 2-3 seconds and you don't have to go through the BT pairing process of Windows 10. Just works every time.
