Bought these for work and so far they are fine. You have excellent audio quality when making calls from an Avaya softphone on Windows 10 and mute works for Avaya calls. They also sound great when I'm listening to music on my phone. I find them comfortable enough to wear all day. I like that the microphone boom is detachable and you can use the headset to talk with or without it. There is an issue that I have noticed. There is a delay at the beginning of a call when the headset is not sending or receiving audio. It's like the headset goes on standby between calls and won't turn on until it hears incoming audio. This is a problem for me as the sound doesn't turn on until the incoming call rings, making it difficult for me to tell when a call comes in unless I'm looking at my computer screen. This defeats the purpose of buying a Bluetooth headset as I wanted to be able to get up and walk around a bit while taking calls rather than being tethered to a USB headset. I also encountered the same issue when using a headset for interactive language learning. program on my phone. I'm thinking how they get such good battery life on this headset by making it so it doesn't always transmit sound. Battery life is great! I used it for 8 hours at work 3 days in a row, then over the weekend before deciding to charge it. I could probably squeeze out another 8 hours a day before charging it, but I wanted to make sure I didn't run out of power at work. So far this is a great headset, except for the issue mentioned above. I think I can get used to it, but we'll see.
