When I found the first handle was completely dry I checked to see if there was a protective tab at the end but there wasn't. I went through and tried them all but they were all completely dry. So disappointed.

As always, the quality and value of these Copic pigment pencils are superb. I paint with ink and watercolor and usually use black. When I saw the warm gray color I thought it would make a great addition to my collection. The color is perfect, not bluish or brownish but a perfect gray with a value of about 5 on the gray scale. I would recommend them to anyone who enjoys working with pen and ink or mixed media. They are very versatile.

I love drawing with these multiliners! The detail pictured here was painted with Copic's warm gray multiliners and the best part is that I can color in every detail I draw right away! These pens have not yet been stained with my Copics or other alcohol based markers (black multiliners usually do). I will say BE CAREFUL with this pen.
