XL for my husband was like a triple size. I tried it and while it seems nice and soft I wouldn't keep it. I ordered a large cap which arrived but will be ordering a copper compression for my husband as it has worked well in the past.

Unfortunately I missed the return deadline by a day, finally put this shirt on and after 10 minutes I smelled a terrible odor coming from the shirt. fits great and looks like a good material but the fabric is not breathable at all but i was hot and isolated, i use deodorant spray all over my body in summer and was shocked i could smell horrible smells from this shirt. I'm not sure what exactly this copper plated athletic shirt is supposed to do, but it didn't work for me. I would not recommend…
