These are your standard bamboo toothbrushes. Nothing fancy or cheap either. They work just like any other bamboo brush I've had. also regret having to throw it away. You can even burn it in a fire. I don't know if the silver infusion does anything, but it's a nice added bonus. I'm sure it won't take too long. My teeth feel good and they seem clean. Overall this is good value for money, a useful product that you need. I stay away from electrical to avoid additional EMFs.

Update: I just cut the bristles with scissors because I didn't want to waste them and they work fine now. The bristles are not soft yet, but the feeling of splinters and bleeding gums is gone.
