That feeling when you buy a bag of frozen broccoli and it's mostly stems and few florets.

I upgraded this to 4 stars based on the BEAN BAG CHAIR. As a bean bag, it is very comfortable (don't expect to sink really deep into it though but it is a lot easier to get out of than most bean bags). I don't feel the "plastic-y bits" as a bean bag. It was very popular with our guests the other evening. As a mattress, I do NOT hold high hopes for it, as it still made the crinkly noises and still had the harder/stiffer pieces that felt like they'd poke you if you laid on the mattress. At the…

Nice bed - need to separate foam and let it expand

I think a lot of these bad reviews are because people didn't follow the directions. When you get it, you need to take the time to separate the foam pieces. You don't need to open the zipper, you can just "massage" it in different places until it's all broken apart. You must also wait for it to fully expand; I waited 2 days. After 2 days the mattress was nice and fluffy and provided good support. It's pretty easy to get into the bean bag compartment and looks nice in the corner of the office. I…

Room for everyone - my new review

For a "bean bag" couch/chair I love it. Exactly what I was looking for. I got the queen and there is plenty of room for me and my dogs. I've had 2 Doxies and a bull terrier sitting with me at the same time comfortably. The Husky prefers it all to herself but I can sit with her and still have room too. Great Customer Service

I did have to contact customer service for additional stuffing. They were easy to contact and sent the package pretty quickly at no charge. This is after the additional was added. It is pretty comfy now and the mattress and the cover seem like really good quality.

Had for 1 year for my opinion

So, as a bean bag chair, this is awesome. But as a bed, it's terrible. Which is supposed to be half the appeal. The stuffing inside shifts and ends up leaving you laying in bald areas that hit the floor. It's just not enough stuffing in there for a bed. You have to constantly get up and shake the bag around to get the stuffing to even out. It's just not what I expected. It was advertised to be able to use as both.

Exceeded Expectations!

Bought two of these for my kids for Christmas and we LOVE them! They are a great size, comfortable and so easy to convert to a bed and back to a bean bag. Highly recommend!

Good beanbag and mattress (would recommend)

Purchased the queen size beanbag for my 11 year old’s birthday. The beanbag is good can fit 3 (one adult, one 11 year old kid, and 90lb Pitbull.) It is very big so if you have a small space it could take all your space. It’s comfy as a chair but it’s not something you’ll sink into like a traditional bean bag chair. In mattress form it’s good enough for kids and me as I’m not too picky but I would feel a little bad making adult guests sleep on it. As others have said and the instructions say, it

Wife bought it. I hated it thinking it was like every other "beanbag" but after while I use it pretty much everyday. Grand kids love it also.
