I had one in the 90's and left it in a hotel room. That was before you could easily find anything with the explosion of the internet. I recently had neck and back problems again, ordered this and voila, much better. Also very fast delivery about 4-5 days.

About 16 years ago I had a pillow from the same brand that I loved and used for about 5 years. I couldn't find the exact same pillow so I ordered a new one. I tried this product for a month and ended up with big knots in the muscles under my shoulder blades. Also, I like to wear my hair in a high ponytail so it doesn't disturb my sleep, but the recess for the head is so small that my usual ponytail position was extremely uncomfortable.

This item is very comfortable and offers great support when recovering from cervical surgery. The pillow allows you to choose the height/support you need for a comfortable night's sleep during and after your recovery period. Upper and lower baffles allow you to adjust support under the neck. I've never been one to sleep on my back, but this pillow allows me to sleep comfortably through the night. Would recommend to anyone with neck problems.

I like these pillows. What I like the most is that since I usually sleep on my back or side, with a central channel, I don't wake up to adjust my pillow by changing position. My neck stays in the right position whether I sleep on my back or my side. The top and bottom have different widths. I prefer the narrower width but my husband prefers the wider side.
