Coreplan Review

The customer support is excellent - our queries are answered promptly without being over-bureaucratic or too directive! We have been able use core plan since we started working with them in 2012 as it has suited us very well indeed & allows quick syncing of records/information between client offices around Australia (and back). I can’t think what else would be improved about this product at present but if there were more ways available such that information could transfer quicker than via email

I like the fact that it is so user friendly and easy to use. The software is very fast and easy to use. It is very easy to create reports and keep track of things. I dislike that they do not have a mobile app. I also dislike that I cannot create my own reports. I have used Coreplan for over a year now and I am satisfied with the software. The core plan team has worked very closely with us over many years now. They are always available at any time of day or night should we require assistance - whether it be via email or calling in person is always met with kindness, understanding and professionalism!
