The customer support is excellent - our queries are answered promptly without being over-bureaucratic or too directive! We have been able use core plan since we started working with them in 2012 as it has suited us very well indeed & allows quick syncing of records/information between client offices around Australia (and back). I can’t think what else would be improved about this product at present but if there were more ways available such that information could transfer quicker than via email then i feel like another feature should definitely also include "push notifications". This helps when staff aren't always connected so easily access emails etc during business hours / breaks away form desk area eases pain points somewhat by allowing immediate notification rather.
