I bought these to put on the bottom edge of a low loft bed in my child's bedroom as they get too busy when they're in their "club" dip time. The adhesive strips didn't stick to the smooth, varnished wood surface and kept falling off when I tried to apply them. I haven't tried other finishes, so I'm giving it 3 stars. Otherwise it looks like decent quality but it doesn't work for what I needed it for.

I have a beautiful folding table but the edges are so sharp! I try to position myself so my hands don't hit the sharp leading edge, but I finally decided to do something about it and got this clear edge protector kit. It comes with about 6 feet of piping and four double-glued foam corners to hold them in place. The edging is easy to apply and works well to soften my hands. I wish I hadn't waited so long to make this improvement. It has made my desk 100 percent better!
