In general I was satisfied with the set and a week later I was already using the bowl and lid to store hot carrots. When I was about to serve the carrots, my wife noticed that the glazed carrots on the lid had cracked into strips of glass. At first we thought it was just a small piece, but then we noticed a lot of small pieces of glass. I have lost all confidence in this set going forward. The set is pretty good but I only gave it one star because there doesn't seem to be a way to just get a new glass lid to replace the cracked one that arrived still in the box. From the looks of it I would have to return the entire set of 12 and then request a replacement for the entire set of 12. That's ridiculous! I can't rate it with stars it's not Revain's fault The set arrived broken I asked for a replacement and it came broken again so I really think it's the faulty delivery of the service, not Revain. It looks like a nice set, I really wanted it, I still do, but I felt that if I asked for a third replacement I would probably have the same result, a broken set. The second pack was crushed even though it said "Fragile" which made me very sad.

I bought a set of 3 round ceramic casserole dishes a few years ago. I love them and still use them so I ordered this new set. Pros: Item arrived before the promised delivery date and the packaging was really well done. The oval is a good size and is the highlight of the set.
