These things suck. absolute rubbish.

Once snapped in, they will not stay in place. If you lift the plate, they will slip or just fall out. Therefore, when you return the panel to its place, they are in the wrong place. Each end needs to be secured with something. I used silicone. You spend a fortune on an Easton panel and then they sell you that crap.

Expensive for a plastic strip

I was a little annoyed that the plastic strips were so expensive. However, I wanted the perfect fit and knew that once it was in place, it was and would most likely stay there forever. I chose this as I needed to resolve all the 'warnings' that my inspector pointed out before I bought this new home. I can confirm that they fit and fit very well. I haven't tried removing them so I can't comment on how easy they are to remove.

I installed them before hanging the panels as I have them downstairs so it wasn't too bad. The GE was tight enough that I imagine you might force the tabs into place if you can't insert them at an angle. Siemens they don't fall out, but they can move up and down, so they're probably leaning against each other or switches, which is fine, better than looking for others or…
