The lid of the container was loose in the box. Some of the contents got into the box. There was no inner packaging. I don't know how good the product is. I don't know if the container has been opened before, but there was no seal on the container under the lid. If the lid comes off, the material will spill out. I have returned the container for a refund and will try another order and hope the container is sealed better.
