It works great on my old Dell XPS 8300 desktop. The calculator's user manual states that the maximum RAM size is 16 GB, but so far it has worked fine with 32 GB on Windows 10 Pro. I heard a rattling noise as the CPU fan speed increased and decreased. It turned out to be a silver border on the back of the cooler. This came as a surprise to me and looks like a factory defect as all 4 memory sticks do this. I used clear double sided tape to fix this problem. This memory works great and pretty fast.

I bought this kit for my i7 4790K + MSI Z97 PC Mate and they work great. I render videos and work with virtual machines and going from 2 memory sticks to 4 is really affecting my workflow.
