I bought this for our goldendoodle to be the lion from the wizard of oz for the family costume. The mane is full of thick hair and the drawstring works well to adjust the size as needed. We had to tie a string to his harness because he hates things on his head and wipes them off quickly. Tying a lanyard to his seat belts was definitely a win! We had a great time and won the costume contest!

Better than expected! The tail down is suitable for a bloodhound's thick tail. The mane was easy to put on and adjust. Our dog didn't seem to mind. We might have a social distancing joke or treat this year, but hunting with this lion definitely won't get boring. We've had our eye on this suit for months. Glad we ordered! If you think about it, but it is now! The laughs and smiles are totally worth the affordable price.

Of course I had to buy a lion costume for my Rhodesian Ridgeback lion hunt! I bought the color "dark brown with ears". I was skeptical when I first saw him as he didn't seem to have a lot of hair. But when I put it on my dog and it puffed up a bit I thought it looked exactly like the product photos. I am very happy with this purchase. This costume was absolutely adorable! I bought this for my golden retriever and it looked so cute! I went with the "brown with ears" option (it's the lighter of the two browns with ears) and it worked great with its color.
