Great Buy! These rubber bands really hold the hair in place! My hair is thinner but also very long (to the waist) so hair ties are "good" - especially as the tie ages, often falls out of the ponytail and wraps in buns - especially when I move around a lot. or their rubber band can't wrap something around often enough. However, these ties have really strong elastic and fantastic stretch! They hold my hair very well - they don't fall out whether I wear low, high or side ponytails, even braids…

Elastics came exactly as pictured. The colors are really beautiful. The material is soft. They stretch very well and don't seem to stretch too much, but we haven't had them for too long. I bought these for my 12 year old daughter and she loves them. She would like to order another set in a different color. Reasonable price for what you get.

They are in high demand because they are the only thing that doesn't frizz your hair at night. That means you can continue with dry shampoo the next day, which is a major innovation. Batisse Dry Shampoo is my favorite and if you spray it on at night and twist the top knot secured with it, you'll untie the knot and shake out your hair. Deafening.

THE MAIN REASON I bought this set was I really wanted the 'light royal blue' and 'deep purple' scrunchies to show up in the photo are. Instead of the royal blue pictured I got a very dark navy blue (very close in color to the resulting black) and instead of the royal purple pictured I got a flatter/darker purple which is nowhere near the purple pictured.
