I keep buying these same socks every two years. Because they are thin, they do wear out eventually and the black fades to charcoal, but that would be true of any similar sock. They are soft and don't stretch too much out of shape.They fit my size 7.5 feet well.

I have warn these socks for many, many years. On this order they are thinner and tighter. So many products are being made cheaper for company profit but we prefer the quality. I guess I will be sock shopping.

I've had these no nonsense womens cotton basic cuff socks for a few months. I wear them while working on my feet for eight hours or more a day. The fabric soft fabric continues to hold up without any visible wear or holes. The color still appears black as the day they arrived.

So glad I read all the reviews--but I questioned if they were telling the truth. Yes, these cotton socks are like what I had worn when I was in school five decades ago. These are good socks, I’ve reorders a few times. I needed cotton socks that provided comfort and not itchy like some of my thicker, synthetic blend socks. I wear them with my black leather loafers and even as bed socks. These work great in the warmer months but I’ll be wearing them year round!
