Bought from an EU supplier. It's $10 more expensive than the Cougar but has free shipping and fast delivery from California. I really like this chair, the first gaming chair. Complaints: Armrests are a bit rough at the elbows, stock wheels are terrible, but Amazon sells cheap inline skate-like ones for $20. and I would like it to be green. Everything about it is amazing. I use it about 8-10 hours a day and never feel uncomfortable. It is adjustable to any height.
