Counsell have helped raise customer experience to 100+

The ease of use, with how intuitive it is for new users as well experienced ones! I love having everything in one place (it's also very easy if someone forgets their password). Honestly there isn't anything i dislike about this platform at all - they do what we ask them too perfectly each day!! They've even added some great features recently like an automatic RSS feed which makes life easier when managing multiple websites/blogs etc simultaneously :) If anyone was looking out specifically then

  • Ease to manage many site accounts quickly via 1 dashboard instead than logging back end separately from various platforms manually; ability store content easily within your own business account rather that emailing links individually across different social media channels / blogs you run yourself so saves time uploading again after sending emails ; excellent customer support always available whenever needed whether phone call , live chat OR e mail response times

So much better than other alternatives

I love how Counsellr is easy to navigate. It's intuitive, and it makes setting up a profile super simple. Even though I am not familiar with web design, I was able to figure out what I needed to do to set up my profile quickly. If I need help, the team at Counsellr are quick to respond, and they helped me solve all of my problems. The tool is well thought out, and it has been very helpful during our transition! The very easy to upload wordpress site for anyone!

I like how easy it is for me as an amateur user of wordpress with no coding experience, but who wants help managing their site or blog, just upload the files they give us into my hosting account in 1 minute! The customer support team are very friendly too which makes using this service even better. I've had some issues uploading images when first starting out (which was resolved quickly by counsr) - nothing major though. If anyone has any questions feel free ask them through live chat/email…

Wordpress for the content updates in a team with limited resources at our disposal.

I love how easy it is for me as an owner of my site, or small team member with limited resources at our disposal, to update content without having to get in touch via email everytime something changes! It's also great if we need support too because they're always there ready to help us out whenever needed. Nothing really but i'm sure this will improve once their platform gets better integrated into 3rd party applications like MailChimp etc which would make things easier than using Wordpress…
