Disappointing Tool for Arts and Crafts

These pliers were ineffective and frustrating to use for jewelry making. As my tests showed, they struggled to cut through even the thinnest wire and left rough edges. The grip on the handle was uncomfortable and made it difficult to maintain control. The only positive aspect was their small size, which made them easy to store. Overall, I would not recommend these pliers for anyone in the jewelry making industry.

Pros
  • Small size
Cons
  • Ineffective cutting, uncomfortable handle grip

Wire Cutters

Great price but not good for cutting beading wire (sometimes not at all). I like the size, the color but it's not good for the main reason I bought the pliers. The wire I tried to cut is regular beading wire, not memory wire or heavy gauge wire. I find it difficult to cut the wire and if I succeed the cuts will be jagged. Other reviews sound great - I think I have a stink bug. I'll see what else I can use it for.

A good choice for the scale model maker

Removing plastic parts from a model kit sprue is not elegant. Therefore, as a fashion designer, I chose one of the most affordable options. And pink is great. I recommend model makers to cut their parts away from the part that needs to be saved and close to the part that will remain on the sprue. Because the blade angle is large and the sharpness is not razor sharp, the tool tends to pinch rather than cut through the plastic joint. If you cut too close to the part you want to keep, it can warp…
