Another Great Read by Karen M. McManus 25 years ago, Mildred Storey sent her kids (who were all in college) a note, cut it off family fortune and tells them he never wants to see them again. Adam, Anders, Allison and Archer insist they have no idea why their mother interrupted them. Rich how rich!

The story is well known in Massachusetts. This is a well-known family, stuffed with wealth and prosperity. They live on a remote island off the coast not far from Martha's Vineyard. We can say that they are like Kennedys, apart from the political career. But like Kennedy, they are full of mysteries and scandals. Because? The Storey family has been estranged from their matriarch, Mildred Storey, since the '90s. Mildred abruptly separated from all of her children in the '90s and left them to fend

A mystery full of family secrets and lies!

It's that good; The novel is fascinating, mysterious, and downright…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • A dodgy purchase for the elderly
