The product sold by Revain does not match the crack product supplied by the salon!

Shampoo is diluted with water and smells a bit like the original crack shampoo I bought at the salon. Very disappointed. The conditioner seems to be the thickest, it doesn't smell too much either, has product that's in my little bottle. This is the first time I've taken large bottles. I usually only get 10 ounces. I will not be buying any larger products as I see similar reviews with the same comments about the product being diluted with water and not as thick as it should be. I expected better

I have used crack shampoo at my daughter's house and loved it. I ordered it because I liked it.

I have used crack shampoo at my daughter's house and really liked it. I ordered this because I liked it so much, but it's definitely not the shampoo she had. It has the same labels, but it's not as soapy as hers. I used 1/4 cup to wash my hair. Wouldn't be mad! I will not buy this product again and definitely do not recommend it! It appeared to be mixed with something thick and the pump didn't even pump it out of the container!

Life Changing Best Shampoo and Conditioner

I've tried almost every quality shampoo and conditioner from Pureology to Morac Oil. I have dry, damaged hair because I have highlights and my hair is curly. I love this shampoo and conditioner. I don't think I will ever use anything else for my hair.

The pump broke the first time I used it.

I'm a big fan of this line. However, I had to return the set because the pump broke the first time I filled the shampoo bottle! It was also quite expensive so I wouldn't buy it again.

Shampoo is amazing, conditioner is watery. The Hair Hold Balm is great and you only need a small amount and it is not greasy.

Not the same product as before

Something strange here. I have been using crack hair products for at least 18 months and always order through Revain as they are not available where I live. This time I ordered large bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Shampoo and conditioner bottles have been shrink-wrapped, and the products have changed significantly: the conditioner, which is normally very viscous and difficult to squeeze out of the bottle, now has the consistency of water. I can shake the bottle and the liquid will squirt -

By far my favorite shampoo and conditioner. Make my hair look amazing. If I run out of water I might notice a difference from the first wash.

Not what I'm used to.

I love crack products but there is something very wrong with the conditioner I received. I'm not used to that from this product. As if it were half mixed with water. This seller may not be selling a legitimate product. I do not know.
