Excellent binding and thick paper

Really good binding and good thick pages. I also like the small inner pocket to keep inspiration and finds. This size is small and portable. It's still a bit big for my wallet but compact enough for my backpack. I've had a lot of magazines and this is my favorite so far. Mostly acceptable

Pros: Thick kraft paper that can handle all the mixed materials I use with minimal buckling - takes primer particularly well; the book opens flat with very little adjustment - no need to clamp the span; Kraft envelopes can also be colored or otherwise personalized; Because I draw on each spread, I understand how many pages are left to work on; inexpensive; a good size for filling the spread relatively quickly, but not so small that it cramps my style. Cons: Signatures are so thick I'll probably

Pros
  • High marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options
