Love these scissors. I could easily cut through the metal mesh. As other reviewers have noted, they're also great for cutting credit cards. I found them easy to use even though my hands aren't that strong. After cutting a lot, my hand (especially my thumb) was a bit sore from repeated cutting, but I think it's normal unless you have very strong hands, and the pain goes away after about a day. .

It's awesome. First, they are much bigger and stronger than expected. I have metal credit cards that are not active and needed to be disposed of and the shredder wasn't strong enough to cut them.
