This item arrived unpackaged. This surprised me as I didn't read it anywhere in the description. This is a gift so I am very disappointed.

I bought this cordless hammer a few years ago, I've used it to chisel hard to reach places and it works. I just recently used this again to install a frame around the garage and wow what a time saver! I first hammered the nails in with a regular hammer just to get them in place.
