Good cheap frame suitable for photo frame

Nice cheap frame. I just wanted a nice cheap photo frame for an old map I had in my office. It's worth looking at Revain for frame size software (e.g. photo frame 14 18). Otherwise they only give you the most common sizes if you are just looking for a photo frame. 14 x 18 inches is not the most common size, but there is no way I go to an art supply store to get a 'custom' frame. It does the job.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Zero

Cheap and tasteless poster frames

I was so embarrassed to give this frame as a gift. I bought it last minute so didn't have time to go back and buy something else. Looked terribly cheap. The back was just a piece of cardboard. There was no way to stand on the frame. You need to screw your own brackets if you want to hang. The wood was badly glued. I don't understand why it was "Revane's Choice". In general, I like the products recommended by Revain better.

Pros
  • Quick Change
Cons
  • Security

Not worth the price

You can find better ones for $22. Poor quality of plexiglass or plastic photo frame cover. The plastic is not clear because the plastic has so many scuffs and imperfections, it looks like it was when the plexiglass was made and instead of a quality control they just framed it anyway. Save your money and find another product. I went to Marshalls and Ross and found better quality (no scratches/defects) at a lower price. It was supposed to be a Christmas present but it looked so bad I had to find…

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Boring packaging

Terrible quality and assembly required?!

I can't explain how disappointed I am with this frame. First, it's not real glass. It's a thick, cheap Plexiglas material that distorts the picture I'm trying to frame. Second, there is NO BACK VERSION to this frame other than cardboard! Meaning: No foot to lean on if you want to put it on a table and no hooks to hang it on the wall. The frame comes with instructions and tools and you literally have to measure and screw in the D-rings, tie a metal wire to the D-ring at the back of the D-ring…

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Reliability

These frames are frame special quality! They are cool!

This frame is simply fantastic. I was so happy when I opened it. This is the quality I expect from a frame shop. I ran a custom frame shop for two years so I know what I'm talking about! It's smooth and durable with a great finish. It was packaged very well with all accessories. I am an artist and have been making my own frames for many years. I don't normally use plastic in my work, instead replacing it with glass. However, plastic is great because it's so light and easy to carry. I also…

Pros
  • understandable also for the old ones
Cons
  • some little things
