I tried this product during my workouts but it did not provide any relief for my arthritis pain. As a result of my tests, i determined that this neoprene compression is not suitable for sports and outdoors activities. The only pros are the easy-to-wear design and the affordable price. However, the cons are numerous - it did not reduce inflammation or increase blood flow, and it slipped off frequently during my exercises. Disappointed. I had the same bushing but over time it wore out so I ordered a new one. The first day I put it on it was already slipping off my knee. My previous sleeves (same size and brand) never did this. It will take months to wear out. Not sure if the company changed the materials to make it (doesn't look like it) but the quality isn't the same anymore. Unfortunately I will be looking for another brand.

This thing is awful! It doesn't offer enough support mainly due to the poor design. When you put it on the only part that really fits is knowing that the top and bottom leave huge gaps and the material is tough neoprene so it's just annoying. I wore it for hours trying it out and when I left it fired and settled on my calf in just minutes. It does get a little warm due to the material, but not enough to help my really sore knees. I cannot recommend this product.
