I got two and only the second one was really good. It is important to follow the instructions carefully. I use them to keep my teeth from grinding while I sleep. They stay in place and do their job without any problems.

The instructions say to put it in boiling water for 30 seconds the first time, then in cold water for 1 second and then on your teeth. I put it in boiling water and the damn thing melted on the rim of the pot within 15 seconds, had to scrape it out. I waited a damn month and it happened!

Bought this for my 10 year old son who needed a last minute soccer practice mouthguard. He poured perfectly according to the instructions. I complain that it seems too small/short for my 10 year old's mouth. Hopefully it offers some protection, but I doubt its effectiveness when it's so small.

I got it for my 13 year old grandson who plays soccer. He liked it. He was especially lucky because he was yellow, which is part of his school colors, come on longhorns! It took some fiddling to fit because despite being a screamer, it has a small mouth.

I have problems with grinding my teeth. A solution was provided by my dentist. For a few hundred dollars they made a cast of my teeth which they made into a hard plastic mouthpiece. When it started to wear out I bought a few of these things and made them myself. The problem is actually solved with more convenience as this thing is more flexible. They last a month or two, but at this price it's still a lot.
