I liked the case but had to send it back because it didn't fit. There may have been a defect, but the outer shell didn't match the inner shape on the half of the phone and came off easily. UPDATE: Crave sent me a new case for free and it fits perfectly. My rating has now gone from 2 to 5 stars.

I love the look of this case, but my screen protector keeps breaking because the edge doesn't stick out far enough from my face to protect it. So if you want to protect your phone's face I wouldn't recommend this case. The corner of my phone also accidentally sticks out of this case. I think it would be better with a plastic protective sheet. Glass jars tend to pop out a bit more than plastic jars.

The back of the case is made of good, durable material and high enough to protect the camera. The front is not high enough to protect the screen. I put on a tempered glass screen protector and the screen protector extends beyond the edge of the case so the phone rests on the screen and not the case when the screen is facing down. It might have been different if I had had a different screen protector. PRO: Excellent back panel quality and protection CONT: Inadequate front panel protection.

It gets dirty easily and the first time I dropped it it popped out completely. Update: Immediate customer service. Update: I was sent a replacement case, not the same but one that should be better than what I originally bought. It came in the mail a few days later but I was afraid to put it on my phone. Overall really solid case. We bought 5 phones in different colors as now we all have the same phone thanks to our family plan. I have already seen my wife and teenager drop their phones over 3 feet multiple times and the phones didn't even have a scratch. My only complaint is that the back of the case is too smooth. Other cases I've had had a more rubbery texture that was much easier to hold in my hand; it's just a little slick, but not bad. This would be my only criticism and I would recommend

Great phone case! I just got my new S20 FE and it offers good protection but isn't very bulky which I was afraid of. It's very sleek and I love the gray color and all the buttons work really well. It also rises above the screen and camera, so if dropped it will hit the case rather than the glass. I also have a glass screen on my phone and the case doesn't affect that in any way.
