It gets dirty easily and the first time I dropped it it popped out completely. Update: Immediate customer service. Update: I was sent a replacement case, not the same but one that should be better than what I originally bought. It came in the mail a few days later but I was afraid to put it on my phone. It was like a rubberized body but still without a front end and didn't feel secure. This one also fell the first time I dropped my phone. Customer service is polite and friendly, but these aren't the best cases.
