No worse than Otterbox Commuter. My S20 FE didn't have an OB van. I like the two piece construction with rubber inside. I also like that it slides in and out of your pocket without getting snagged. It looks like the protection in medium mode is the same as in suburban style. Not too bulky. Yes, it has silver buttons. So? Works well with the screen protector I installed. The price is much better! Easy to put on.

I like the look of this case but my screen protector keeps breaking because the edge doesn't extend past my face enough to protect it. So if you want to protect your phone's face I wouldn't recommend this case. The corner of my phone also accidentally sticks out of this case. I think it would be better with a plastic protective sheet. Glass jars tend to pop out a bit more than plastic jars.

It came in the mail a few days later but I was afraid to put it on my phone. It was like a rubberized body but still without a front end and didn't feel secure.
