Great solution for communicating and managing projects

The ease of use! It's super easy to set up your own process flow with this tool -- you don't have much room left if there are too many options available out-of-the box (like we did). We used it mainly internally but they do offer an API so one could potentially build apps that would connect more directly into other systems like ours or maybe even outside our system as well? Maybe someone has done something similar already though I haven’t seen anything come across my radar thus far from what…

Pros
  • Very simple interface for setting everything
  • Process is very intuitive, not hard in any way whatsoever once basic steps were completed.
  • Email notifications & reminders worked perfectly fine throughout implementation period
  • Reporting tools allowed quick reporting back onto individual processes/tasks being carried over through multiple projects
Cons
  • Good but not great
