I was hoping for special markers.

They didn't work properly. I was hoping they would work like markers since the tips are like brush markers. I did some experiments. I'll take one more before I give up.

Pros
  • Water flow regulator rubber button
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Exactly as described in the markers

I love that this water brush acts like a marker and doesn't make watercolor painting as scary or difficult! Great for detailing or hard edge lines! However, one should note that the tip is not flexible, this wasn't a problem for me, but I know it can be for some people.

Pros
  • Snap Cap with Clip
Cons
  • Thin

but i like the hard tip and the end result after learning.

I found the paint doesn't lay down as well with this brush as others and the water filling method for it is quite strange, but I like the hard tip and the end result after you learn how to use it used by trial and error

Pros
  • 9mm small fiber tip
Cons
  • Big and voluminous
