The low sprockets are because this is a very expensive single stay compared to other options UNLESS you have trouble fitting it to the stock on a particular machine.

I bought this sewing foot specifically for basic ruffles and it did not disappoint! It fits my Janome 7700 with no problems and makes beautiful frills so easy! I also did a yo-yo with this leg so quickly and easily! I really love this leg and highly recommend it!

This foot does not fit Bernina. On the back of the packaging it says that an additional adapter is required. However, this is not stated on the website. I don't see the suggested adapter either. This should be included or at least stated in the price. It says that it is suitable for all zigzag machines. Not correct.

I made a pillow for a gift to match the window bench pillow. I bought a cable for it. Only later did I realize that the cord was too thick, but it looked nice and the color suited my project. So this presser foot was perfect for my Brother machine. However, I had to tinker with the thickness of the cord - it was too thick. It was my first experience of knitting with a cord, but despite the difficulties, it was worth it, I liked the result.

The Creative Feet Pearl and Piping Foot is a real hit. It comes with enough shafts to fit most machines of all brands. I had no trouble finding the right shaft for me. I would suggest that you attach the leg to the stock and then attach it to the car as it takes a bit of muscle power to get the leg onto the stock. I'm glad it's plastic and will stretch over time.
