I didn't want this little candle lamp to keep falling down as it's bright so I put it in a small jar, filled it with potporri and put a lampshade on top. . I tucked the cord inside until the power button was where I wanted it and it still reached the outlet just fine. The seller was also very nice. I asked her a few questions about it.

They are exactly as advertised and work! This is the same as what we bought 20 years ago, except the switches are much stronger now. The only downside is that the base diameter is too small and they tend to fall under the weight of their own power cords, but that's always been an issue with devices like this. Simple fix: Wrap a zip tie around the base and slide the other end of the zip tie under the closed window.

Waste of money! I put the first one on the windowsill and it immediately fell down and broke! The cord and switch weighed more than the lamp. Needless to say, if I could rate this product without stars, I would. A few days after I ordered the lamps, Revain offered me an "offer" for several different items designed to mount these cheap lamps to a window or windowsill. No thank you! I should have read the reviews before ordering these cheap and useless window candles!

I urgently needed a candle for the window. never mind but with wires it seems easy to tip over; also no sensor. It has to be switched on and off manually. But so far the light is fine. I didn't have an extra bulb either. (LATER): I've updated this review to TWO STARS. Maybe a STAR? Stupid thing stopped working/bulb burned out last night. I had it about 2 weeks. That's a waste of money. The bulb is not durable AND easily tips over! It's a piece of junk.

I bought this electric candle to light up behind the dog bin and I've changed the bulb to a soft yellow one and it looks great. I bought a candle from a store and it was battery operated. , I had to keep changing the battery even after turning it off at night. I spent so much money on batteries I threw them in the trash. I needed 2 spare candle bulbs to replace 2 old lightbulbs whose plastic bushings were starting to crumble. The brass on these tubes wasn't as heavy as the 20's, but they look good and will perform well. I drilled small holes in the base and attached it to the window sills with #6 1/2" brass screws. When you need a window candle that you know from your childhood - bright, stick it in the wall and cast a warm glow. That's it! This offers good value for money and doesn't drain batteries that need to be constantly replaced.
