Creative Hobbies M995K Lamp Making Kit allows you to easily create an electric accent lamp or repair and restore an old lamp without having to wire the lamp socket yourself. PRE-WIRED and assembled Black Phenolic Lamp Socket with Side Cord Exit eliminates the need for a wire-way in your lamp making project. E26 Medium Edison Base Socket is Easily Attached to Any 1/8 IP Threaded Fixture Pipe. Socket is pre wired to a 6 foot black SPT-1 Lamp Cord 18AWG, 105 degree, with 2 prong polarized end plug. All components are UL Listed safe and factory assembled. 75 watt max household bulb recommended.

Impressed with these pre-wired components

After trying this product I am thoroughly impressed with its quality and functionality... The pre-wired polarized components are easy to install and compatible with a variety of lighting systems. They are also durable and long-lasting, making them a great investment for any industrial or commercial setting..

Works great as expected.

I just needed a lamp socket to make a custom 3D printed lamp for a family member. She did a great job. All I had to do was measure the base and punch some holes in the structure to run the power cable through the 3D printed parts. The only drawback is that the cable came out of the socket on the side. I didn't notice and didn't think about it when I ordered. If I had the option, I'd prefer the power cord to come out the bottom of the outlet. However, as I'm not an electrician, the item came…
