Everything corresponds to the description, except for one thing - the part shows the bushing offset to the metal bracket, and received without offset. For most purposes it doesn't matter - it's designed to be mounted on a threaded rod. But I wanted to mount them flush in a mount and the lack of flex means I had to mount them on a stand instead.
