Everything corresponds to the description, except for one thing - the part shows the bushing offset to the metal bracket, and received without offset. For most purposes it doesn't matter - it's designed to be mounted on a threaded rod. But I wanted to mount them flush in a mount and the lack of flex means I had to mount them on a stand instead. Whatever, I am only describing it so future buyers know they may not get exactly what is pictured. Otherwise they are as you can see. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because of this small difference. They worked brilliantly for my application - gutted an old fluorescent ceiling light and replaced the innards with two LED bulbs. Philips or GE candelabra bulbs are great for this - use clear ones if you have a diffuser sphere, this is a great little project that will greatly improve your lighting.
