The first time you wash the color immediately started to peel off. No harsh abrasives, just a soft cloth. Very disappointed!

The finish is very nice but I ruined it the first day because it was left on the stove while I was cooking in another pan. It has now been taken off the stove and is on the counter with the spoiled side away from the eyes.

A beautiful cobalt blue teapot… even more beautiful than in the photo. It's great for boiling water for tea, but the flame needs to be just below the surface of the kettle and not reach the sides of the kettle or you could damage it. It's very light and the protective handle didn't get too hot.

This kettle has survived fat splashes from frying and frequent use for tea. I washed its surface with a brush and it continues to shine. whistle good. As someone who is suspicious of kettles because there are so many cheap ones out there, I have to give this kettle a thumbs up. Plus, the color is gorgeous and goes with almost any shade of blue you might have in your kitchen.

It wasn't packaged well but it arrived in perfect condition. The walls of the kettle aren't thick, but they should be. It's durable and heats water faster because it has a lid and spout cover. I like the whistle, it helps a lot because I don't have to keep an eye on the boil. It came with care instructions. I've been using it every day since I got it.
